I wish I could share a picture of my guacamole. I'm looking at it right now and the whole side of it is brown and disgusting.
We are at Chili's last night . Arrived at 7 p.m. table of five. Rocky was our server,what a great job. He was training a person to be a server and it didn't get in his way of making sure everybody at the table was happy from drinks to napkins,making sure each order was to correct. Hope he serves us every time. My food was amazing,however,others at the table said their food was to spicy hot. It was very cold in the building.I loved the fact, Chili's has orange slices for the tea. Can't wait to go back to this Chili's
Great atmosphere, clean, excellent service, delicious food. Definitely a we'll run establishment!
Long story short, don't waste your time or money.
First and last visit. Seated for 20 minutes no service. Had to ask seater where server was. She brought drinks. Lo and behold our server was visiting with fellow school friends. Steak was over cooked. I could understand if this was during peak hours but, this wasn't during that time. Couldn't find server to even get a napkin. I have been a General Manager for a steak chain and we didn't see a manager on the floor.
Server and hostess has been rude and honestly, I don't plan on being back here. I'd rather drive to Fort Smith where I know I will actually receive at least moderately good service.
Caribbean salad was amazing. Food was a little slow getting to us. Waitress did a good job.
