C.J. the sells rep was awesome and I had a great experience. He was very helpful and very professional at taking care of stuff on my contract and making sure that I was happy with what I was getting and telling me what I needed to do when my bill is due to make sure that I get my discount.
C.J. at the Apex AT&T store is the master blaster. I definitely felt as if he had my best interests in mind. At&t had the best deal, hands down. I am disgustingly satisfied with the service, the devices, the prices and the amazing benefits I got when I switched. If you go to the AT&T store in Poteau, ask for C.J. and rest assisted that he is an expert in the field and an expert in customer service. The ladies there were extremely knowledgeable and helpful as well but I dealt primarily with C.J. I sincerely hope he is still here when it comes time to upgrade. But as awesome as he is, it won't surprise me if he is quickly promoted. Awesome store, awesome employees, I am thankful to have them!
