You can't hide from your horrible customer service nor the things you said to a customer, using profanity. Whether you blocked folks from Facebook, made it private, or took down the account completely, it'll never take away or take back the nasty things that have been said today. And instead of trying to correct the situation, you are hiding from it, hoping it goes away. Class act.
So...they deleted their FB because people gave them a one star rating. I know Harold (owner) is amazing however Amanda can't control her mouth. In customer service you should be more aware of how to treat customers.
