**REALLY BAD**. I had one more payment due for $90. It's ALWAYS been taken out of the bank by automatically. They didn't that last payment. They sent an email that looked like all the others where it says how much will be drafted from my bank account. They could've called and explained the situation, but nope. They sent it to collections.
