Clean rooms that are in newer condition. The management was friendly and the breakfast was tasty with a clean dinning/living room area. It met all my expectations for the $89+tax cost of the room. A very nice place!
Nice and clean hotel. Friendly staff. The breakfast in the morning was kind of cold though which I haven't run into at other holiday inn locations. Not a big deal though. Overall good hotel.
The hotel is beautifully remodeled and the rooms are very nice as well. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. We were even able to land our helicopters out front. :) Only thing I would change is the ridiculously slow and creaky elevator, and also to make sure that the vending machines will take money.
Superior customer service at check-in as well as replacement of TV remote less than five minutes after we reported it wasn't working. A number one place to stay. Awesome bed and great coffee.
Absolutely without a shadow of a doubt I can tell you that Holiday Inn is stand alone royallity in giving back to the community! Although 216 miles apart the employee staff took tremendous care of us from a previous time we were in need. This cannot be an accident; in fact a true reflection on their hiring policies. This company needs the highest of recognition and has earned our respect forever.
